You are
installing Upgrade or any similar installation on Linux 64-bit, but it fails
with the following error:
Running a
64-bit JVM is not supported on this platform
The exact cause is currently unknown. There is currently no solution. There are two work-arounds 1.Run the Installing User : oracle $ linux32 bash command first from the command line, before running the Oracle Installer. 2. Or install on Windows first and then copy it over to Linux machine. |
